It’s a WordPress plug-in used to remind one-time visitors, for example, those who come from search engines, to post some comments when leaving, by a pop-up comfirmation dialog.

@Nasir: Actually, it only reminds those visitors who NEVER posted any comments before. Once they post some comments, the cookies will remember them and they won’t see this alert dialog again.
I was looking for an idea to remind my few visitors to leave their comments, and this plug-in is just what I need.

great plugin! next version would need an options page to change the custom message and set a maximum number of appearances for user, because after a couple of clicks it becomes extremely annoying.
